JOYCE GINATTA
Well known Ecuadorian National and International Lecturer, Enterpreuneur Leader, First person to recommend Dollarization,system in Ecuador which was done afterwards. This meant the elimination of the local currency and the adoption of a strong currency as the dollar. She obtained her Business Administration degree at the University of Guayaquil, and then graduated in Harvard University in the OPM Program ( Owner President Management). Along the twenty eight years of her successful career, she has been role model of honesty, leadership and struggle. She was hired by the Salvadorian Government for supporting and counseling the implantation of the Dollarization System in that country .She headed prestigious organizations such as the Chamber of Small and Madium Enterprises, (FIE), International Women’s Forum,(IWF) chapter Ecuador, AIME , President of Mipymes magazine, she leads a T:V: program called “Bajo la Lupa “, She became Consul of Italy, in 2002, She got the highest Decoration from the National Congress in January 28, 2002 ; In December 10, 2002 she got a Decoration Called: De la Orden Nacional al Mérito, which was given for the first time to a civil. She was nominated by the President of Ecuador since 2004, as President of the National Council of Competivity.
